AuroVac option:
Fully automated tool extraction under
vacuum, consisting of:
- Increased vacuum hood designed for a displacement of approximately 100 mm
- Extended shaft bearing unit. To ensure a good seal and a long life, the sealing tread hard chromed
- Special seal kit consisting of two bands guide and a rod seal made of Viton
- Two pneumatic cylinders for pressing the vacuum hood on the mixing vessel during the extraction and to lift the cover for cleaning or changing tools
- Valve unit for controlling the pneumatic cylinders
- Adaptation of the cabinet with a PLC type Siemens LOGO 6ED with two expansion modules and graphic control unit (display) LOGO TD (for a user-friendly reference input)
The following operating conditions are possible:
- Exiting the product with running tools under vacuum
- The lifting movement is gradual. The lift motor runs at least for
about 0.5 seconds (corresponding to a stroke of about 12 mm) upward, the time interval between the stroke motions is variable. - Automatic height adjustment of the mixing tools by about 100 mm during operation (short stroke) with or without vacuum
- The tools commute with or without a vacuum between two freely selectable heights constantly. Optionally, the waiting
times can be individually programmed in the lower and upper
position. - Manual operating:
By means of buttons the tools can be adjusted in height.
