Our combined planetary mixer combines the two operations of mixing and dispersing in an efficient manner. The planetary tool combines different substances (liquids and solids) into a mixture with perfectly even distribution. The components are mixed by flow forces that arise in the container. The mixing flow is generated by the rotating mixing element. The type, strength and direction of the mixing flow depend on the shape of the tool, the viscosity of the liquid and the relative speed between the tool and the liquid. The economical operation of the dissolver is based on the interaction of dynamic and mechanical mass acceleration. Circumferential speed and the profiling of the dispersing disk also play a decisive role.
