AuroVac option: Extending from the product with running tools under vacuum and short-stroke operation, consisting of

• Enlarged vacuum hood, designed for a stroke of approx. 100 mm
• Extended shaft bearing unit. To ensure good sealing and a long service life, the seal running surface is hard chrome-plated
• Special seal set consisting of two guide bands and a Viton rod seal
• Two pneumatic cylinders to press the vacuum hood against the mixing container during extension and to lift the hood during tool cleaning or a tool change
• Valve unit for controlling the pneumatic cylinders
• Adaptation of the control cabinet with a Siemens LOGO 6ED PLC with two expansion modules and LOGO TD graphic operating unit (display) (for user-friendly reference input)

The PLC is programmed as follows:

• Removal from the product with running tools under
  Vacuum
• The lifting movement is gradual. The lifting motor moves upwards for at least approx. 0.5 seconds (corresponds to a stroke of approx. 12 mm), the time interval between the lifting movements is variable.
• Automatic height adjustment of the mixing tools by approx. 100 mm during operation (short-stroke operation) with or without vacuum
• The tools oscillate permanently between two freely selectable heights with or without vacuum. The waiting times in the lower and upper positions can be programmed individually.
• Manual operation:
  The height of the tools can be adjusted using push buttons.
