Our machines are individual, but our service standards are always the same: reliable, personal and fast. As an agile family business with decades of experience, we know how crucial functioning technology is in everyday laboratory and pilot plant work. That's why we support our customers not only during planning and commissioning, but also when it really matters - with straightforward support, short response times and a high availability of spare parts.
Personal support - right from the start
Our service does not begin after the purchase, but as early as the planning phase. We accompany every project personally and know every machine down to the smallest detail. This is a great advantage when things need to be done quickly later on: We know exactly what is where in your system, which components have been installed and how your requirements have developed.
Fast support - within hours if necessary
Problems never end. That's why we offer support whenever possible , seven days a week, 365 days a year. In urgent cases, we respond within hours - via remote maintenance or, if necessary, directly on site. Our aim is to reduce your downtime to a minimum.

Spare parts - delivered quickly, installed precisely
We keep spare parts for most of our systems in stock either in-house or at regional partners. This means that in many cases we can deliver immediately - or a technician can bring the required part with them. On request, we can also carry out professional installation and testing directly on your premises.
As our machines are manufactured to customer specifications, we document every version precisely. This means that even years later, it is clear which part belongs where and which variants have been installed. This saves time, reduces sources of error and ensures a smooth maintenance and repair process.
Maintenance contracts - plan ahead, benefit in the long term
Regular servicing not only increases the service life of your system, but also ensures the consistent quality of your processes. With a maintenance contract, you benefit from fixed maintenance intervals, predictable costs and preferential support. Our technicians check your machines, replace wearing parts and document all work transparently.

FAQ problem solutions
Here you will find solutions for small problems
The machine does not open (conventional control):
- Use the display to check whether the machine is still under vacuum.
- Move the vacuum breaker to the open position. Wait approx. 12 seconds (relay release time).
- If the ventilation time takes longer than 12 seconds, check that the filter on the base is not blocked and replace it.
- If the machine still does not open, please contact PC Laborsystem GmbH.
The machine does not open (PLC with touch screen control):
- Systems controlled by Siemens PLC open when the pressure sensor has reached the safety limit value.
The mixer does not start:
- The proximity switch may have received an incorrect signal. Open the mixer by about 5 cm to reset the safety circuit.
- Check whether the proximity switch on the vacuum hood is positioned correctly.
Machine open LED on proximity switch off, machine closed LED on.
The measuring range is between 1-3 mm. - Start the blender as usual.
- If the forced cooling fan starts but not the mixer, open the control box to check the status of the frequency converters and document any error codes.
- If the machine still does not start, please contact PC Laborsystem GmbH.
The machine does not switch on:
- Ensure that the system is connected to a suitable power source.
- Turn the main switch to the ON position. Check that all fuses in the control cabinet are ON.
- Make sure that all safety circuits in the control box are set to ON.
The direction of rotation of the can/boiler is incorrect:
- If the direction of rotation is not clockwise, swap 2 wires on the input plug after you have switched off the mixer and disconnected it from the mains.
