The latest development from PC Laborsystem GmbH is the combined mixing system type Labotop. The Labotop is the most universal mixing machine for very low to very high viscosity products.
The PC Laborsystem Labotop combines the two operations of mixing and dispersing in an efficient way. The planetary tool mixes various substances (liquids and solids) into a mixture with perfect uniform distribution. The components are mixed by flow forces that arise in the container. The mixing flow is generated by the rotating mixing element. The type, strength and direction of the mixing flow depend on the shape of the tool, the viscosity of the liquid and the relative speed of the tool in relation to the speed of the liquid. The economical operation of the dissolver is based on the interaction of dynamic and mechanical mass acceleration. Circumferential speed and the profiling of the dispersing disk also play a decisive role. A wide range of different mixing and stirring tools guarantee optimum processing results.
The Labotop can be used to disperse, stir, homogenize, mix and emulsify with different tool configurations. These enable optimum processing.
