Our latest development: LDV ZEN 26 AuRoVac - innovation in the technical center

After around seven months of intensive development and design work, we are delighted to officially present the new LDV ZEN 26 AuRoVac pilot plant machine.

This machine is a completely new development in the field of industrial mixing technology. The 26-liter vessel offers a generous working volume and is specially designed for flexible and demanding production processes in the pilot plant.

The name AuRoVac stands for "Extension in rotation under vacuum" - an innovative technology in which the centric shaft with the respective tool used is automatically moved at different heights under vacuum. This allows processes to be tested and optimized under realistic production conditions.

Thanks to the modular agitator system, the shaft can be converted quickly and easily - either with a dissolver disk, star tool or bar agitator. This allows the LDV ZEN 26 AuRoVac to be optimally adjusted to the customer's individual requirements, depending on the viscosity and area of application.

Another advantage: no wall scraper is required. The tool used works so close to the boiler wall that the product is continuously released from the wall and fed back into the mixing stream. Together with the AuRoVac movement, this ensures that there are no dead zones in the vessel. This results in a uniform flow throughout the entire bowl and homogeneous mixing even with highly viscous products - with reduced cleaning effort.

The machine is used in the pilot plant - the crucial intermediate step between laboratory testing and large-scale production. Here, customers benefit from precise test runs before the processes are transferred to production scale.

Building the LDV ZEN 26 AuRoVac was an exciting, instructive and technically demanding process for our team. From the initial concept idea through to precise production and completion, we gained many valuable insights that will be incorporated into future projects.

Last week, the customer successfully accepted the machine at our premises.
